Macharrote Soup-kitchen project
| Located in the rural district of Dondo, this project was started by the local organization “Luz na Comunidade” with the goal of feeding orphan children from the area. The organization had several kitchen facilities built for this purpose, but the funding organization’s contract for feeding the children ended in October 2010.
Bring a Smile happily committed to take over and continue feeding those children using the existing soup kitchen infrastructure. The project is ready to start running in January 2011. |
